1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTC) govern the terms and conditions of reservation and stay at the Norotel Hotel. By reserving a room or using the hotel's services, you unconditionally accept these GTC.
2. Reservations
2.1 Booking Procedure Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email after validation.
2.2 Payment Terms Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash upon arrival. A security deposit may be required upon booking.
3. Rates and Taxes
3.1 Rates The rates displayed on our website include VAT. Prices may vary depending on the season, demand and special offers.
3.2 Taxes All reservations are subject to the applicable local tourist tax, which will be added to the total reservation amount.
4. Cancellation and Modifications
4.1 Cancellation Policy Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this time, a cancellation fee equal to the first night's stay will be charged.
4.2 Changes Reservation changes are possible subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Arrival and Departure
5.1 Arrival Time Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
5.2 Check-out Time Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Damages Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
6.2 Behavior The hotel reserves the right to refuse access or terminate the stay of any guest whose behavior is deemed unacceptable or disruptive to the peace and quiet of other guests.
7. Services and Facilities
7.1 Breakfast Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 and may be included in some rates.
7.2 Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
